This spear top is used hig quality hot dipped galvanized Press formed spear top vertical tubulars, neatly welded onto the hot dipped galvanized horizontal tube rails in line. The top of vertical tube usually be pressed  to spear picket by heavy duty punch. After welded on the horizontal tube , The panel is in one level, Then we will clean the weld splashing spots.  will powder coated the color you like.
